Greetings NoCo Swing Community! We will be changing venues in the new year, so please double check event information on our calendar. For the month of January, progressive lessons will be held at the North Aztlan Community Center and dances held at Club Tico. To help offset this, dances will now be $10 or what you can afford. We will keep you posted if anything changes.

The Roaring Twenties New Year’s Eve Ball
Dance the night away and welcome the New Year to live music featuring Jeremy Mohney and His Band. Tickets are going quick for our New Year’s Eve Ball and all the important information is up on our site. Please navigate to the event page for more information.
Volunteers Needed!
We need your help in putting on this amazing event. We are looking for volunteers to help with various aspects of setting up, working, or tearing down the event. Along with the satisfaction of contributing to the NoCo Swing Dance community, volunteers will receive half off ticket prices. If you are interested in volunteering, please send an email to contact@nocoswingdance.com.

Upcoming Regular Classes and Events
Blues Fusion @ Locust Cider
Join us every other Tuesday for an evening of Blues dancing. While there will be no formal lesson, instructors will be available throughout the evening for anyone who wants to learn moves. All dancers get happy hour pints all night.

NoCo Swing Progressive Lessons, Intro Swing
This class will introduce you to the wonderful world of East Coast Swing. No experience is required to take this course as we will start with the basic footwork and progress as the month goes on.

- Location: North Aztlan Community Center
- Cost: $40 per 4 class series
NoCo Swing Progressive Lessons, Swing Connection
This class will emphasize the lead and follow connection using simple Lindy Hop moves to facilitate this connection. This class is great for dances of all levels as connection is the backbone of partner dancing.

- Cost: $40 per 4 class series
NoCo Swing Dance & Beginner Lesson
Friday dances are the bread and butter for continuing to build our amazing swing dance community. We will always have a beginner lesson at the start of the night. If applicable, we will also run a beginner plus or intermediate class in parallel if there is enough demand on the night. No partner is needed, and all experience levels are welcome.
- Date & Time: Jan 9th, 6:00 PM lesson, 7:00 – 10:00 PM social dance

Lindy Hop Lessons with Kevin & Beth
Kevin, a great dancer and instructor in our community will be teaching a series of Lindy Hop progressive lessons ranging from Jan to May in Laramie WY. Full details are below and the registration link can be found here.
