Swing Your Valentine Dance Featuring Zizania Swing
Friday dances are the bread and butter for continuing to build our amazing swing dance community. This week we will have two concurrent beginner friendly classes before the social dance. Introductory Swing will be taught by Kevin and Sophia, and Introductory Charleston will be taught by Philip and Olivia. No partner is needed, and all experience levels are welcome. This dance is a live band night featuring music from Zizania Swing.
- Date & Time: Feb 13th, 6:00 PM lessons, 7:00 – 10:00 PM social dance

- Cost: $15 or what you can afford, includes lesson and dancing

Blues Fusion FoCo
Blues Fusion has a new home in Fort Collins at Scrumpy’s. Join us for an evening of social Blues dancing.

NoCo Swing Progressive Lessons, Intro Swing
This class will introduce you to the wonderful world of East Coast Swing. No experience is required to take this course as we will start with the basic footwork and progress as the month goes on.

- Location: North Aztlan Community Center
- Cost: $40 per 4 class series
NoCo Swing Progressive Lessons, Intro Charleston
Charleston is a high energy style of dance within the Swing genre. A fun aspect of social dancing is switching between Swing, Charleston, Lindy Hop, and more all in one song. This class will dive into Charleston and the various patterns and embraces that can be done with this footwork. No experience is required to take this course as we will start with the basic footwork and progress as the month goes on.

- Cost: $40 per 4 class series
Lindy Hop Intro Variation 2 with Kevin & Beth – The Frankie Six
The next series of Lindy Hop lessons taught by Kevin and Beth will focus on the Frankie Six. Each session is 4 weeks, and participants must be able to attend the first week as content will build thereafter. Full details are below and the registration link can be found here. Preregistration is strongly encouraged.

Special Events
Swing Night at Avo’s featuring The Jazz Section
In lieu of our fourth Friday dance this month, we are hosting a special evening of Swing at Avo’s featuring The Jazz Section. Like all of our dances, we will have a beginner lesson at the start of the evening, and all are welcome.
