Autumn Whirl Dance Festival
Cat’s Corner has partnered with a number of local dance organizations including NoCo Swing Dance to put together the Autumn Whirl Dance Workshop. This will be the premier workshop event in Northern Colorado for 2025 regarding all things dance. The goal of this event is to bring together a series of workshops highlighting a number of dance styles. From our swing scene, East Coast and Solo Jazz will be taught by Felicia and Ramses. Balboa will be taught by Ron and Sami. Other styles include Latin, Argentine Tango, West Coast Swing, Blues, Fusion, and Ballroom.
Please refer to the website for parking info under FAQs. Arriving 30 minutes prior is recommended to leave time for parking and registration.

NoCo Swing Progressive Lessons, Intro Lindy Hop
This class will introduce you to the wonderful world of Lindy Hop. No experience is required to take this course as we will start with the basic footwork and progress as the month goes on.

This class will dive into Charleston and the various patterns and embraces that can be done with this footwork. No experience is required to take this course as we will start with the basic footwork and progress as the month goes on.

NoCo Swing Friday Dance & Beginner Lesson
Friday dances held every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month are the bread and butter for continuing to build our amazing swing dance community. Starting back up in September, we will be resuming this event at the Masonic Temple.

Blues Fusion @ Locust Cider
Join us every other Tuesday for an evening of Blues dancing. While there will be no formal lesson, instructors will be available throughout the evening for anyone who wants to learn moves. All dancers get happy hour pints all night.

True Blues
True Blues is an established blues dancing scene that hosts dances every second Thursday of the month in Loveland. This is an all ages event.

Special Events
NoCo Swing Balboa Brunch
NoCo Swing Dance will be having our first ever Balboa Brunch. We are even more excited to host Colorado’s own national and international Balboa and Lindy Hop instructor Heather Ballew. She will be teaching both a beyond beginner and beginner Balboa classes. If you have had Balboa lessons before, we encourage you to join us for the beyond beginner class. If you are new to Balboa, we recommend starting with the beginner class.
After the lessons, there will be social dancing with live music from Jeremy Mohney and his Band.
While you’re dancing and socializing, Avo’s will be serving their brunch menu until noon, before switching to their lunch / dinner menu.
